David Ploog

David Ploog is also a founding and managing partner at M2P Consulting and has led the consultancy with Christophe Mostert for over 20 years. A leading figure in aviation, transport, and logistic consultancy, David has spearheaded large-scale international projects across Europe, Asia, India, the Middle East, and North America, including privatization projects, operational efficiency, resource management, due diligence, restructuring, and turnaround. With his extensive background in advising businesses on major transformation programs, including operational and digital change, David has assisted many companies during the coronavirus pandemic to navigate through volatile periods in their history. David is a contributing member of the Airports Consultants Council, Airports Council International, American Association of Airport Executives, International Biometrics & Identities Association, Safe Skies, the Wings Club, and AGIFORS amongst others.
